Vincent (‘Vin’) Tirri is a dynamic entrepreneur with a passion for transforming the office of the CFO for healthcare services. He founded RealRev in 2022 to revolutionize financial reporting for healthcare services.
Vin previously served as the Chief Financial Officer at Summit Spine & Joint Centers, where he led the company through two private equity recapitalizations and opened 20+ new locations within 5 years, quadrupling Summit's presence across the Southeast.
A graduate of the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business and an Atlanta resident, Vin enjoys watching SEC football, traveling, and spending time with his wife and dog.
Alex Buell is a tech veteran having spent 10+ years at Amazon Web Services, Nanostring, Intel and Luminostics. He holds degrees and training in Computer Science and Machine Learning.
Additionally, Alex has experience in various Health related industries, from Medical Case Management to Provider Trainings to Medical R&D. He has been recognized in research publications and patents related to his contributions in launching medical and health research devices within the Cloud as part of Lumonistics and Nanostring Technologies.
A firm believer in holistic health and community wellbeing, Alex has volunteered with groups involved with food insecurity, STEM underrepresentation, international literacy, and health inequities.
Alexandra (‘Allie’) Gaggini joined RealRev in February 2023 after 12+ years in media and advertising technology.
She has worked at multiple blue chip companies including Dentsu, AOL, Verizon, and Snapchat. Most recently Allie was a Sales Director at Foursquare, leveraging location data to understand, measure, and optimize offline foot traffic for advertisers.
As a data and analytics veteran, Allie’s number one piece of advice for healthcare executives and leadership, “One cannot manage what they cannot measure.”
Quin is a seasoned financial leader with more than 15 years of experience in healthcare and public accounting.
Having held significant leadership roles at Georgia’s largest health system, Emory Healthcare, Quin has overseen operating units with revenues exceeding $500MM and is no stranger to the challenges healthcare organizations face when reporting and optimizing revenue. He led strategic initiatives at a community health system to generate $10MM in net revenue improvement, contributing to a $50MM EBITDA turnaround.
Quin holds advanced degrees in Business Administration, Health Administration, and Professional Accountancy, along with a CPA license.
A strong advocate for community and family, Quin resides on Saint Simons Island, Georgia, with his wife and two children where he serves on the STAR of Coastal Georgia board.
